Lost in Thought

So as I am sitting here at work waiting for people to call about what ever Issues they are having. I think of back in the day when we would all log on to our Xbox's and hop on to Burnout and look for people to race and takedown!... As the world changes and our lives spread but unite at serten time of our giving lives to communicate via, blog, youtube, facebook, xbox forums and yes here on BA. I don't know if I am the only one but I do miss the good old days were friends would race and rivals would yell at each other blaming each other for lag. As a new era of racing games come to us from our Praised/Honored creaters I hop and wish that when this new NFS we will unite once again with friends.... and Rivals being a Cop or just Not! I have changed in my life being a little more wiser but I still have much to learn. I look forward to the day when we all are online for the same reason...... TO TAKE EACH OTHER DOWN!

The Eurogamer Expo 2010 Earls Court London! Part 1 Hour 1! (and a bit,lol)

First of I would like to thank Tom Champion, Rupert Loman and Johnny Minkley and the rest of the hard working people at Eurogamer for putting on the show, it has been my second one and the new Venue is nice and big, though I did enjoy last years one with the walking into rooms, up and down to find different treasures, this years one was more open plan, space to que or look over someone shoulder etc.

I was just checking out the NFSHP forums and here: http://forum.ea.com/eaforum/posts/list/2622337.page it had an image of the Seacrest County map... I really hope this isn't the full map with all the roads, because it seems to me that there are no more than 10-15 different roads....and a lot of empty space... Please be just the main roads...🤞

PC or Xbox 360....

Hey everyone, I'm just as excited about NFS: Hot pursuit as all of you are, but I can't decide whether to pre-order it on PC or Xbox... On PC i can indulge the game with delicious graphics and play online for free, but now that I have an Xbox, I'm sure the online community for it will be larger and won't die out as fast as Paradise did on PC... Online is said to be one of the most important parts of this game.....😕

Halo Reach, Blur or Tower Bloxx Deluxe?

As BabyGirl is having a nap, I have a wee bit of unplanned Xbox gaming time! So, what to play?

I just received my own copy of Blur, having ordered it for a bargain price from Play.com. I also believe I have Halo Reach sat in front of me, in a brown envelope addressed to Xandu.... so I can't possibly open it and play it first can I??? 😏

DLC - Denied!

I'm not sure where to start on this one... Well here we go....

In July Crackdown 2 was released and I got it from our local GameStop (yes we have GameStop in Norway). Games cost 549 - 699NOK on release here which is equivalent to $90 - $115 or £58 - £72. Of course there are bargains to be had and if you can wait a couple of days you might be lucky and get the game for 499.

Duke Nukem For Ever - shake it baby!

Today at 6pm GMT 2KGames and Gearbox announced that Duke Nukem is coming to XBox 360, PS3 and PC next year. This is amazing news and after 14 years I never thought we would hear from Duke again. I've been watching the live stream from PAX for the last hour and it seems like people are pretty excited about the news. They did not show us the official trailer due to rating issues but I guess it will be available from all relevant web sites within a couple of days. As for the game play it is hard to make up an opinion due to the quality of the stream but from what I've seen it looks pretty sweet. There seems to be everything people expect from a modern FPS; drivable vehicles, huge open environments, lots of guns, babes and monsters.

Help need to find all events!

Yesterday MS announced the first price rise for Xbox Live subscriptions, this only affects a few types of Gold Memberships and only a few regions, so don't freak out with OMG The Price of Live has Gone UP that SUCKS!... check the details here;
