Date and time wrong with Cagney?

After I recieved the Cagney update;every time I turn on the game the date, and time is wrong, it says Nov 22nd, 7:15 pm

I have changed it 3 times, and saved, and last night it says Nov 23rd!What is the deal?

Has anyone experienced this,am I just stupid, and missing something obvious or is this a glitch.

That is the actual date that Burnout Paradise was released. You can not change that date.
