Another online ranked race bug

This time i was not downloading anything at all, I say this bc lastnight I was downloading alot of data on my network and it made me disconnect from a race and I went down about 20 odd points on my rank. Today I gained maybe 40 points back so that is solved and lesson learned.

The weird thing is that today, when I started my last race, the room was full, we all were ready to go and then I felt my controller vibrate vilolently. I put down the tissue from blowing my nose and grabbed the controller and soon enough the camera showed that I was in the back of the line before the race, but now a bus appeared and pushed me infront of everyone and I was driving before the race started. Other than that, the race was fine, people that had faster cars passed me, but I still came in first place.

Would anyone know why this happend?
