I dunno, Im not a real big fan of either one I guess. The new one looks like its straight out of the 80's. Thankfully I'll only have to look at it one time when I take the disc out of the case and move it into its new permanent home in my 360.
I think THIS is the official box art. But I really like the cover you found, it is sleeker then the official version.
edit - It looks like the version you found is the Shiny New cover, and it is a lot nicer than the one that game stores currently have. Lets hope the stores update their pages with the new design as I'm sure more people will be interested in the stylish new box art!!
