New interview with Nick Channon here. Repeats a little of the last interview but has quite a lot of interesting tidbits - secret areas, how invites work and more detail on showtime (jump button!).
I do quite like showtime, but for me it is a fun way to get somewhere else on the map or to get the high showtime score of the day if I do a crash with potential.
I know its not the game mode I am going to be playing most, and it is different to the Crash modes we know from previous Burnouts. The first time I played Showtime it reminded me of Stone Skipping in FlatoutUC but I think there is much more to Showtime than that! hitting buses for multipliers is a cool touch! 🙂

www.burnout.ea.com is now showing a lot of info, just had a quick look but have already seen a section with screenshots of how we set our own races (shows all the checkpoints we can choose from, If you have the time you could start working out race routes right now).
In this months 'Hype' section (Previews) there is a lead article (2 page) on Paradise, nice article. They appreciate the ambition that criterion are showing but express some issues with some of the offline modes challenges.

I don't know where you getting your information from, but there will be no 1up show today. They just had their season finale two days ago. Burnout Paradise was on the 14th Show.
The Level Up writer has a column in Edge magazine, and in this months (185) he talks about how criterion and EA are both condemned and lauded for changing the series.
Great idea that, and helped me get my Million achievement 2nite, as I found i was jsut pushing it to much by doing tricks all the time, in the video it was a chilled way of doing Stunt Run.
