There has been no official announcement on any DLC, and there won't be any for some time.
It is believed that one DLC will be the airport area to the east that was shown on the first city map.

The latest on DLC
See THIS post from Alex Ward at Criterion Games Forum, it hints to some BIG DLC!! but also that we wont be seeing any DLC until May at the earliest!
