IKARUGA!

Ikaruga is being released today on Xbox Live Arcade! 😃 Although it is going to cost 800 M$ points so I might not actually buy it, I will DL the trial version l8r.

It's a really cool shoot'em up which I used to play on the Dreamcast.

WERE IS THAT SMASH IN HARBOR TOWN?

I swear to god that last smash in Harbor Town is getting very frustrating to find.  I've been looking all over Harbopr town trying to find it.  I've even resorted to using the map and I still can't find it.

Arson Again! This time it's the Rollercoaster!

I was pretty bummed about the Arcade going up in smoke last week, but now I'm really angry! 😠

Last night the oldest wooden roller coaster in Britain was subjected to an arson attack. 40% of the ride has been destroyed.

Arcade Fire

I live in the arson capital of the UK, possibly the world! At least it feels that way. There are definitely a disproprotionate number of deliberate fires for such a small town!

Last Friday the latest arson to hit Margate was in the Tivoli Arcade on the sea front. There are (or were) 3 large arcades on the Margate sea front, although they are mostly slot machines now there are still a few video games to be played.

ILM: Now for the PSP

The Burnout Paradise Interactive Map has made its way to the PSP!  There were some Flash versioning kinks that still had to be worked out, but after that I was able to address the memory issues.

For the most part, I was able to do that (in part, thanks to my shiney new PSP I picked up for testing). Some of the features have been removed, such as KML editing, and the map resolution isn't so hot, but at least it works.  The PSP may still bite it if a large map is loaded, however.  As long as the maps loaded remain fairly small, you should be ok and not run out of memory.  I can try additional memory shortcuts but the best thing to cut back with is the map res, and that ends up not making for a good map.  PSP users may just need to limit what's loaded (stick to the smaller maps).

Let Me Be The Judge Of..... My Motorcycle Customers :-(

The old adage "The customer is always right" should be bannished from the history books just like Xerxes promised to do to to Leonidas in The Battle Of Thermopylae - punishable by death if anyone mutters it in my presence lol  Yes I can be a right old nasty bollocks when i'm in the mood (or not in the mood) to be - who doesnt have an evil streak? Even a tiny mutation of Evil? Go on admit it!Â
