VIDEO TRANSMITTER

Does anyone  know  if its possible to  play your  xbox 360 in another room  via a video transmitter..??

Does  anyone have this set up ..??

I have one already but im baffling my small pea brain at trying to figure out what parts  i will need to play the xbox 360 through it .
