I think the DLC is called the sports pack or something (sorry very early in the morning and replying without researching again).
Word on the street is that it will cost 560 MS points and will be available on the 21st of December.
This will contain more cars and events.
I doubt there will ever be more music in DLC, other than for Rock Band and those types of games I don't think I have ever heard of a game doing music as DLC. You can always use your own soundtrack on your Xbox. If you are PS3 I think you can do that too, but don't ask me how for either system as I haven't done that since my black Xbox!
EDIT - Told you I was answering early in the morning, you said New tracks for Revenge huh? Well, that's not gonna happen! LOL! 😃
