Im really excited about Burnout Paradise. It sounds really good. I like the idea of it being open and free and that you choose what and when you want to do. They call it "Your Burnout" and I think that will be the biggest change as all the previous Burnouts have been Criterion's Burnout. By that I mean that there has been very little room for customizations.

I am finding it a lot like TDU, all though that was a good game I hated it, and hated the fact that I was always online and always had some upstart who wanted to race me when I had my Golf Gti and they were in their Saleen S7 (whatever), I will play it and will probably love it as I have loved most of the burnout series

TDU is open world, always online, real cars, real streets, Join friends in races, create your own race track, isent Paradise very similar  but not real cars, of course I havent listend to the podcast and my only way to knowing anything about Paradise is through the words of our Creator namely you, I probably wouldent know were to look for the Podcast and I probably dont know what a Podcast is so I am going to remain getting the info to feed my lust for the new baby thats going to control my life from you and continue to piss you off by comparing Paradise to TDU, I would also compare Flat Out UC to Burnout just so as you can see were I am coming from.. laters

so you are just wrong OK Boot!

TDU was tedious and dull and boring and drove me to sleepsville.

Burnout Paradise will be fast paced adrenaline pumping action all the way! and it will be FUN!!!

Don't believe me? fine, but don't call it TDU until you have tried it for yourself and come to that conclusion (which I don't think you will).

I'm really tempted to give a clue to the poll question but I think Xandu wouldn't want me to, so no clues for you!

Ok then Miss Legendery or is it Legendary who knows I know I dont but hey, anyway I wont argue with you as you are a chickalitta and I have a habbit of loosing 99.9% of forum arguments.. lol

The correct answer to this one is Seinfeld. The reference is "No more laps for you!"... This is from the episode called the "Soup Nazi" where Elaine aggravates the Soup Nazi and he says "No more soup for you!” to Elaine.

Back to Burnout…

I liked TDU! lol it had its moments....

I think the open ended gameplay can be compared to TDU, though that doesn't mean it will resemble that of TDU.... from recent impressions, it appears to be more like Midnight Club (which may be good or bad), just without the extreme customization, but with Burnout's extreme style!
