So has anyone else played it yet. Since Criterion never did what they said they were going to do (new stuff for the demo), I figure I'd check it out. I spent at least a half hour trying to get out of the map (via the roof of the parking garage behind the Burning Route). That was a no go. Cool car though. I almost pulled off a double barrel roll.

New Stuff for the Demo
Criterion did add content to the demo, they made the demo 8 player online and added a bunch of online challenges for 5, 6,7 or 8 players for a limited time.

"Your Burnout, your way"
Personally, I don't believe adding more content to the demo would have increased the value of it as a demo in any way. We had new challenges for those who wanted them and for anything more, well I'll tell you what I do:
Pretty much every night, myself and my best mates get together in a game and emulate marked man. One person burns around and the rest try and take him out (goes without saying). He who took him out, becomes the marked man. All this requires is a little imagination. I'm pleased to say that I continue donig this and tonight will be the best session ever. Its multistory race night ;)
I believe this is how Burnout Paradise is meant to be played and that this is the sort of behaviour that Criterion are trying to encourage. So what if you aren't going to be spoon fed waypoints and rules. Commuicate with your friends and cook up something awesome. Break those conventions or something!
If anyone fancys joining in, gimme a bell :P
