Where is the construction Yard?

Dj Atomika mentions the quarry, airstrip and a 'construction yard'. I have found a construction place, on 2nd ST and Hamilton AV, and it's near a Junk Yard, similar to the other two, but it is all blocked up. Also going by stunt run events, they also seem to be near interesting stunt areas. The only other place i could find was near the I-88, section 3, where a fly over is being built. So it anyone knows of any other spot, comment it down, here. I may have aready found it, just did not know what it was, but just in case, eh?
