Making friends on Burnout paradise Online ps3

I'm sorry, and i may seem a bit dum.

But is there anyone here that can tell my how to make friends, i mean friends so that they appear in your friend list so you can invite them to freeburn??

I don't know for sure as I play on 360, but I am pretty sure there will be an option in the menus. On 360 when you press start and pull up the menu's one is view players and I think from there you should be able to add friends.

Do you know how to add friends to your PSN anyway? because if you know a PSN id you can add them that way, I guess.  not much help sorry!

All you have to due to add a friend on PS3 is to go to the friends icon on your PS3 crossbar menu, then using your D pad or Left stick navigate to the icon that says add friends and hit X it will bring up a message box type in the PS3 Is in the To: box and request to add a friend. or you can go into the players met menu and add a friend that way as well.
