My girlfriend wants to play the game too. How do I create a profile for her, or can I?

I think you have to set her up with her own gamertag. Silver accounts are free (inlcudes one month free gold). It seems like most games on the 360 does it this way.

In a game like Halo 3 yes, where there is split-screen. But burnout paradise is a one person per screen game. No guests for you.
