You get a car for completing 2 blocks and an achievement for completing 250 challenges. I think Criterion didn't want to force you to complete ALL of the challenges to get all the achievements or cars as doing the challenges isn't everybody's cup of tea.
Good on you for doing them all tho!
p.s. Welcome to BurnoutAholics! glad you like the site!
The guys in that cast said that another area, a secret one, gets opened up when you do all 350, but don't know if they were pulling our legs.
Some of my friends have done 350 and found nothing?
Maybe you will?
Patience is something I taught myself, so I never know when it's going to run out?
Oh and ps Xandu, Zombie, Kev and myself have noticed some construction on the railway last week, that changed over 3 days, with more bits added, don't know what is happing there but people should have noticed by now.
Its a load of scaffolding and Tarp, with the words Paradise Construction, No Tresspassing.
And people will also note at the Museum, there is a exibit going on about the world being built Brick by Brick, hints that their may be some time release stuff maybe built within Paradise, as we play which is interesting!

Building a city
Im sure that you already had a look at the rail construction. It will be interresting to see if it has changed more.
As for the museum I think that is at Webster Avenue... or maybe not?

Which Part?
Which part of the railway is the construction on? The concept of time release stuff is interesting. This game just gets more intriguing every day!
