WERE IS THAT SMASH IN HARBOR TOWN?

I swear to god that last smash in Harbor Town is getting very frustrating to find.  I've been looking all over Harbopr town trying to find it.  I've even resorted to using the map and I still can't find it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had one last smash in Downtown for ages, but I got it in the end.

If the map isn't helping at all, I don't know what to suggest, except for patience. Drive around looking for any seemingly inaccessible areas as a lot of the smashes are up high, or underground.

I didn't have any problems with the Harbor Town ones, so I don't know which one you are struggling with.

if any one is stuck i know of a few locations where smashes are and billboards sorry guys but i only have a ps3 and my ident is guyver_uk add me as a friend but please remeber to tell me what it's about

It's been awhile since I got the smashes, so most of the fences are completely gone for me.  Have you tried behind the baseball stadium and the steps that go across the highway?
