My last billboard - how to get it?

I'm down to just needing one billboard. It's on the highway in the south-east area.  I marked it in cyan on this map segment:

I don't see a way to get up on top of the roof of the highway and I don't see any jumps nearby. Can someone explain how to smash this one?

You need to go off a car park, on to a roof, and it's there if your fast enough, or another car park onto two roofs, maybe 3, then through it to the I-88.

Thanks - I completed it.  I'm now at 99% done.  The only things I have left to do are the awards for x10 burnout, x20 burnout and a x40 stunt multiplier.  I also need the Burnout Elite license (last one in the awards).  Funny though - it says to get that last license I need to beat every event, rule all roads and find all discoverables.  I think I've done that though - how do I know what I'm missing for that last elite license?

If you use the start button or back one, you can see if you scroll to the left or right, it will give you a list of what you have done. If you got all them then, It may mean you need to do the online challenges, like 2 sets of 50 and collect your mug shots and stuff with the camera set up during online play?

And to get to Elite you do have to do all the events again, it will indicate as you drive over the event if you need to do it or not or the map will show you.

There are some cars that will do burnouts while drifting in a circle.  Go to the quarry or other wide open space, and circle around until you hit the magic numbers!  Some may call it cheating, some may call it a glitch, but I called it hitting 100%!!!  Oh . . . and you better do it SOON - you won't be able to it after the update!
