Well here it is the long awaited game of BAJA: EDGE OF CONTROL....Developed by the founding members of the MX vs. ATV franchise, BAJA combines the best elements of the real-world sport with arcade fun as it challenges players to build the ultimate off-road machine and conquer vast, unforgiving terrain.In BAJA, players will conquer more than 100 square miles of the toughest terrain Mother Nature has to offer, including the steepest mountains, thickest mud and deepest canyons ever created. With more than 40 vehicles in eight classes, including Trophy Trucks, 4x4s and buggies, BAJA features a full array of upgradeable options with hundreds of authentic parts that affect each vehicle's performance. Players will put their off-road machines to the test in near-vertical Hill Climb challenges, head-to-head Open Class races, circuit races and the ultimate off-road endurance challenge: the Baja. BAJA's open worlds extend thousands of miles across all landscapes in races that can last up to four hours. The game's revolutionary vehicle physics deliver unprecedented life-like handling, and a support management system allows gamers to monitor and repair realistic vehicle damage as fenders fly, tires are blown, suspension is stressed and engines overheat. BAJA will support four-player split screen multiplayer capability, 12-player online and LAN as well as multiple-screen panoramic view.

THE VEHICLES....UNLIMITED CLASS 1 BUGGY...designed and built without any restrictions on horsepower
or suspension travel,the Unlimited class 1 Buggy is one of the highest
performance off road machines in existence today.They typically cost more
than $300,000 to build and they produce more than 600 horsepower.

4X 4 CLASS...The 4x4 class is the only four wheel drive class found in Baja.These vehicles
are tuned for torque over acceleration and are capable of climbing very steep slopes, making them
a good candidate for racing in the Hill Club events.

BAJA BUG...Based on the pre-1980 Volkswagon Beetle, the Baja Bug is one of the enduring
symbols of a true Baja racer.Powered by less than 80 horsepower, this is a great entry-level vehicle.
A typical Baja bug costs less than $25,000 vehicle to build and race.

UNLIMITED VW...One step up from the entry level Baja Bug is the Unlimited VW Class. Based on the
same frame and power train as the original bug, this vehicle has substantial upgrades in both engine
and suspension, making it a fun vehicle to race on smaller tracks that dont require high-speed performance.

MINI TRUCK...The mini truck class is based on popular truck brands such as Ford Ranger and Toyota Tacoma.
Capable of producing over 300 horsepower power, these vehicles are an excellent choice for an off-road racer
that still wont break the bank.

FULLSIZE TRUCK...Fullsize trucks are based on some of the best selling trucks found on the road today.
Models such as the Ford F-150 and Chevy Silverado continually prove themselves as a viable off-road machine...In BAJA: Edge Of Control it’s not just the other racers you have to worry about; your strongest opponent can be the harsh terrain you're racing over.....

All in all i think that this looks likes a pretty awesome game its getting released on the 26th September and if all the screenshots/demos and trailers are anything to go by then its going to be GREAT............Well ive added it to my wishlist............
