avatar help please

Hi all,

I was trying to change my avatar, but for some reason it won't change.  Am I missing a step or something?  It was 85x85 or smaller and it didn't work.

I don't know.  I followed that thread.  My pic is a .jpg, it's even less than 85x85, it's not offensive and I refreshed my screen.  Oh well.  I guess I"ll just stick with the B.

Maybe you file size is too big? this is the FAQ on changing your Avatar:

How can I add a picture/avatar to my profile?

Go to your account. Then click on “Edit” to edit your “Account Settings”. Half way down the page there is a “Upload picture” control. Click the “Browse…” button to select a picture to upload. The picture you upload must be in jpg, png or gif format. Maximum dimensions are 85x85 and the maximum size of the file is 150kB.

If it still doesn't work send us the image in an email and we should be able to fix it for you. Send it to this email address:
