In completing 100% in Burnout Dominator, I have uncovered yet another bug, but this is one that I have to call critical for any burnoutaholic.
When you drive Time Trial in Record Breaker to set a new best time (or in my case - to get the last 1000 near misses I needed to achieve 100%), the game will not save the best lap time you had this round when you press End Session from the menu, it will save the last completed lap time instead.
This results in us burners having to pay way more attention to the Best lap time display when running Time Trial, which consequently will make us pay less attention to burning, putting us off our game. One now has to remember what is our best lap time, and press End Session if we manage to break it, so that we won't sit there knowing we've broken our own personal best while not getting it recorded in the game. This makes Time Trial more divided and makes us loose a lot of the continuity that often is needed to make a good run into a great one.
Oh well...

What? It doesn't save the best time???
That is just amazing! What is the point of Time Trial if it doesn't save your best time??? With all the bugs you have found Jasman there should be more than enough to justify a patch. But we all know that it's not going to happen... and if it does happen we will probably never know what it fixes.

Getting there
As the Avril Lavigne music track in Burnout Dominator is seriously getting on our nerves I decided to totally disable it in both menu and game... but guess what??? After a reboot of the PSP it was back... arghhhhhh! Anyway... I've disabled it again and hopefully it will be gone forever now.
ohhhh and I've completed 86% of the game now. Only missing gold in six events and about 10 sig-shortcuts... and a couple of the trophies.
