"$Online_invalid_persona" Message comes up when trying to connect to servers

First off, had the game on pre-order and got it the day it came out, got my elite license ranked in top 100 for quite a while. Also had the cagney and bike update and never had a problem. Haven't played it for about 4 months now.

I recently downloaded the burnout 1.7 upgrade, legend cars pack, toy cars pack, and boost car packs.

When i started up the game everything was normal untill it went to connect to the paradise city servers
then i got this message

" $Online_invalid_persona "

All my other EA games work fine
I have deleted the update and redownloaded it twice, and it still doesnt work
I have also changed my online persona from my email to my Xbox Live tag on the website.
I have talked to ea support all they say is to reconnect and reboot, or change date on the xbox.

Any help in this matter would be grately appreciated.

I have heard that this my be related to not having Burnout Paradise 1.7, but you already have that so that cannot be the problem.

Are you able to sign into http://www.criteriongames.com/login/login.php  ? You should use the email/password that is linked to your gamertag.

I have just started playing this again, and after downloading all the packs (1.7 included) I am now greeted with this everytime I try to login with my username over live...

Anyone had any resolve over this problem?

I have changed the date, reset the 360 cache and deleted all content and redownloaded...still no resolve :(

I contacted EA support, but have heard nothing back yet.
