EuroGamer Expo Earls Court 2010

Well today is the day, anyone from the site who wants to say they are there, leave your tag (should be pert of your sign in anyway, lol) in the comments and well we should say 'ello!

Also write what your looking forward to seeing and doing there!

I'm looking forward to trying the NFS Multi-player and Kinect first off and see where the show takes me from there.

So write away...

I know I said it on Twitter, but I'm excited about you getting to play NFS:HP!  AND... possibly meeting some of the Criterion Games dudes!!!

Obviously I wont be there, hope you are wearing your T-Shirt! I am really looking forward to reading what you have to say about what you see at the show!

especially what you have to say about NFS:HP!

And met Angus, Tommy too.

And the game is fun, hard to play on a small TV and standing up, but did well as  Racer though wreaked myself near the end, but it was just me and 2 cops left!! Will it be the Revenge Beater could be... but as a NFS game it plays great and lots of fun.

Brink has huge que! and GoldenEye on the Wii is sweet!

Lots more going on but need a ciggy time, so if i can find a way out i will try, but it seems very Hotel Califorina at the mo!

Though they got to get in first, lol.

Brink Btw, was the star of the show so far, it had q's but that is because you got half an hour to play it, sadly i did not play it as they did not have the mapable controls option turned on?!? But it looks as good as the videos on Xbox and plays so differently to other FPS, true some similarities to other games out there but it gives another option for those who had enough of MW2 etc.

I have to say the gentlemen on the stand, knew their game and know how to sell it, go find videos of it now and pre-order!

The dudes manning the Brink stand where superb, every question we threw at them had a variation on "yeah it does that, only more so" came away from it very exited to get my hands on it, hopefully without the two hour wait.

Sounds like it is going well! Still wish I was there!  Maybe next year!!

Say Hi to Kev, Wolfy and Bug from me! (Hi hn6 too!)!

OK... time to check out Brink!

So I can count the different types of driving settings/areas where you tear up the roads, so far i think i have counted 5, though some have day and night i have noticed so more than 2 variations per track?

Need to also try and gain 3 T-Shirts for this site, but no Iain is here, though did see Rachel who was a cool EA support staff who gave me an air freshener yesterday with Sea Crest County PD on it!

Also Met Hardlydan and his friend Lee, Dan works/plays for Gamesmendotcom, some funny podcasts they have...

Right I'm going to wonder around, leave a comment if you wanna say hi at the EurogamerExpo 2010!

(Still thinking what to write as a blog, Zombie always drains me of all the information, when i get back to base camp I get I forget what to write)

AS I have fallen on my sword, I am hoping the soft stool incident at Brink will grease the wheels for it to happen but i doubt it, lol.

New song 'body not moving, it's staying right here, were it's doing nothing but think of the future, and missing it's past... what a pussy suf is another thought...lol Patience is something I taught myself, so I never know when it's going to run out? And hope Bug gets in and does Burnoutaholics proud! Yes bug small print you have to write a blog, lol!

Watch the stunning response times of the Kinect here.

LOL! I officially think Kinect looks poo!  Still wanna experience it for myself... not sure how that is going to happen without buying it tho!

Xandu's picture

If Kinect is as shit as this it will never be a success. Also the fact that you need 6 square meter of uncluttered space in front of your TV sounds a little bit optimistic to me. And who drives a car like that… with their arms stretched out???

This kind of reminds me when the Xbox Live Cam came out. It was the best thing ever, we would be able to control games with our bodies kinecting with the games... where have I heard that before? I think it was around £60 on release and came with the amazing game Totem Ball... well that was shit! The only thing the Xbox Live Vision Cam is good (or OK) as is a web cam. I picked up our last Xbox Live Vision Cam from play for £4.99 inlcuding a You're in the movies and that is over 2 years ago now.

Anyways… Im sure we’ll be picking one up Kinect from the play.com easter, spring, bankholiday blowout for £9.99 or if Kinect is not shit maybe it will be £139.99?
