The Learning to Drive Saga Continues....

I was very hopeful that the last time I took my test would be the last time I would have to take it.. but unfortunately I touched the curbs on my reverse park, and again when I tried to correct myself, which lead to another FAIL!

And this was on my driving instructors last day at work, as (sensibly enough) he has found himself a proper job so wont be able to teach me anymore.

I decided to take a couple of weeks off from driving, as I had a week in Norway planned, but now I am back so had to start searching for a new driving instructor.

I had my first lesson with them on Monday, and although I don't like the car as much as the Peugeot I was learning in, it will have to do. (don't ask me what car it is, it's red and it's not a Peugeot, that's all I know!)

I've had to book a block of lessons as getting used to a new car will take me a little bit of time, but I am hoping to be taking a test again soon. The pressure is really on now as the flights to Norway, one way, are booked and paid for and I really, really want to have my full driving license before we move.

Fortunately, my driving is fine, I only get a handful of driver faults on test, just keep messing up my manouvres (except for the first time I took my test, which I failed much more dramatically!)

 I will pass before we move to Norway!
