Upcoming Racing Games... will any of them be good??

There is a plethora of upcoming racing games, but with the dissapointment of FUEL amongst others which just haven't fuelled the excitement of the racing community... will any of them be any good? Will there be a racing game which my friends list all get and actually play for more than a week?

Which title do you think will last? Which has got you most excited to play? What titles are you gonna pass over? Which ones are must buys?

Forza 3, Dirt 2, NFS Shift, Blur, Split/Second, MX vs ATV Reflex or are you holding out for Burnout Next or the CG created NFS? Or maybe Sonic and Sega All-stars Racing or Joy Ride the free offering from MS will get us all racing together again, just for fun.  Are there any others that I have overlooked and should be checking out?

I am interested in seeing more of Blur and Split/Second and am hoping they don't dissapoint. The more realistic titles don't interest me at all.  Joy Ride is the only one I see us all playing... just because it's free!

I am very eager to see what CG release about the next thing they are working on too... ofcourse, I wonder how long it will take for them to update their webpages to predominantly be about their new project?
