This is going to get bumpy - Marked Man.

So, last night after hours of grinding challenges, me and four friends decided to do some marked man racing as we all agree that the exclusion of this game type from paradise was a needless oversight.

So, here we go - the rules:

  • No speed cars. You heard. We found that these fragment the game too much. Stick to low end agression such as the hawker oval champ if you can. Not necessary tho. Different colours help a lot ;)
  • Try and use the same strength of car across the board. Not necessary but again, it makes the game closer.
  • First Marked Man is the winner of a short race.
  • You become the marked man upon taking the marked man down.
  • The event finish should be designated using a meeting point challenge - try and start far away from this. Neither is necessary though. Winner gets a tick first.

This is a fun gametype. It all boils down to a big car chase and i know you have all arranged these before! The best place to start is up by the quarry and either burn down the express way or down Casey Pass (may ruled road currently! Take it from me, i dare you) and then hit the stadium or the country club, depending on group skill and 'knowledge'.

Give it a whirl!

I've hit some major gripes recently. Has anyone else noticed the big host advantage when it comes to takedowns? When I've been hosting, I've found it very easy to take folks down - even so much as a tap does it. Comment and tell me your experiences with this!
