Intro from Denmark

Better say hi now after having lurked here a while...

Who am I? Girl from northern Denmark in my thirties (and don't ask how high), who loves to relax with some Burnout. I have Takedown, Revenge (original and 360) and of course Paradise.

I kinda miss the traffic checks from Revenge, since I now have to get better at the skilled driving (booooring!). Was way fun to smash the other drivers off the road. And it was quite therapeutic after having driven in a real car in a traffic jam. Oh well... I'll just have to get better and at least *try* to stop saying so many bad words about the traffic on the roads in Paradise City.

I've never done Live gaming, but am actually considering it with Paradise. I'm just not sure about it... and time is a bit limited (am the sole owner of a company and can be quite busy at times). One of my favorite things about Burnout is though to sit down with burner friends and revert to early teens while driving like maniacs. Great fun and an excellent way to spend too many hours.

Anyway, time to get going, lurk some more and see if I can find some time to play around soon... been over a week since the xbox was last on.

I know what you mean with the traffic checking; but when you get the Burnout Team van or the 4x4 you can do some more traffic checking (apart from buses or other vans) so you can always use those. But showtime is great for the smashing stuff up (especially buses!!).

And yeah, Burnout is a great tool for learning how to swear properly.

Hi and welcome to the site. It is always nice when people take the time to introduce themselves. I think you are our first Danish member.

If you haven't play online on XBox Live you should defenitely give it a try. You get a one month gold membership for free when you create a new gamertag. So that is a great way to try it for free. All the Burnout Games (3, Revenge and Paradise) are lots of fun online. ... so it can quickly take a lot of time

Hello and welcome to the zany world of Burnout. its nice to see another female with the same pleasures in life as myself....i hope you enjoy your gaming experience with the Burnout series and playing online is so much more fun i highly recommend you at least try it....what have you got to lose....if you decide you dont like it then there are plenty of offline games you can enjoy....but i cant see any reason why you wouldnt enjoy it....so go on be a devil and feel the adrenalin that us other racers experience.....and then youll see why after all this time people still share the same passion for the adrenalin and the community.....hopefully ill be seeing your name in the lobby till then enjoy.....
