Something strange happened to me in Angel Valley....

There I was racing with a slightly inebriated Eezo thinking this should be an easy win or two for me!  But, having not played Revenge for a while the rust had settled in and I was battling for 3rd or 4th. I got a couple of sweet 2nd places on Motor City thanks to last corner takedowns too!

Then we hit Angel Valley...

Everything seemed fairly normal at first, then through my head set an eerie sound that silenced all of my opponents. BURRRRRRRR it said continuously. "hello...anyone there?" I sheepishly asked the burrr sound. "BURRRRRR" it growled back at me. I approached a left hand corner and to my horror I could not turn! I was stuck turning right! I lost control completely!! Boosting no longer worked! My brakes were out of action! and my steering was locked to the right!

Surprisingly I actually made it around most of the track without too many problems. I got stuck in a donut, but was freed when an opponent crashed into me. I ended the lap stuck against a fence and I got timed out!

I was laughing at this point tho, giggling like crazy as I often do while racing, it was one of the funniest glitches! Luckily it was the last race in the round, when we got back to the lobby I unplugged my controller and plugged it in again the Burring was silenced and I regained control.

Eezo asked me if it was my controller batteries dying... and that was the strangest thing about the incident, I have a wired controller!

Anyone else experienced the Burrrr Gremlin in Angel Valley?
