Co-op Missions in Paradise!

New Paradise info available on 1up.com. Alex Ward talks about how Paradise online is revolutionary with no lobbies, no waiting, a seamless experience and focus on co-operative and social gameplay with lots of simple and fun challenges that groups of players can do together.

Eurogamer also has a Paradise preview where they mention the hand brake and Power Parking. They also go into the changes to Crash mode a little and do a nice round up of everything we already know about Paradise. It ends with a clever Joni Mitchell lyric parody.

CVG also have a preview online and they sound like they are loving it!

Nice one Zom. Always cool to see what other sites write about Paradise.

That was a good little read, however I am not a great fan of the offline aspect of Burnout and have only done 11% on revenge and only 75% on Takedown so having all the cars available to me is a big bonus, I think its one of the reason I hardly play any other game online so to read this has made me very sad

1UP: Can you explain how the player will progress through the game? How will you know you're 100% done, earn faster cars, etc?

AW: Each player will progress in a different way. We give you the keys to Paradise City; what happens thereafter is up to you. You can drive anywhere and do anything -- there is no set path through the game. There are some races to take part in, but again, if you don't want to do any of that, you don't [have to]. Win races to set cars free into the city. Then you have to find them, give chase and take them down.

good find all the same, well done *gives Zombie pat on the back and a cookie*

IGN and Gamespot have put up mini previews of Paradise, they are only short and I have only scanned a quick read of them but they don't seem to add anything new, but if you want to know how IGN and Gamespot feel about the new game they are worth a read!
