Do you have any impediments?

moving to Norway from the UK was pretty easy, even tho I haven't got my removals yet... I am really hoping everything will be delivered this week as I am missing my stuff, and am especially looking forward to getting the paintings that I packed and putting them up on our bare walls.

Immigration on the other hand is turning out to be a lot more complicated than we first thought. Having read all the relevant web pages before I left the UK it seemed like it would be a relatively straight forward process. Register with the police station and wait... but... we have today recieved a letter from the immigration authorities in Norway requesting that I get a certificate of no impediment. A what??? I had to google it as I had never heard of it before, turns out it is a certificate that states that I am not married to somebody else and I will have to contact the British consulate in Norway to get one, at a cost!

oh well, at least it gives me something to do tomorrow!

I am definitely spending most of the time relaxing, I am really glad that I am not working anymore. I have found that I am getting tired easily and have taken to having afternoon naps on most days.

Otherwise, I am mostly taking nice slow walks in the woods and chilling out watching day time TV.

I really should play more Xbox as I have the time too, but my motivation for gaming has gone out the window along with my waistline!

I am enjoying my last few months of me time, although I can't wait to meet my bump in person! and I think they might feel the same way as it feels like they are trying to punch their way out of my belly on most days too!!

Glad you enjoyed E3, there were some very interesting developments to keep an eye on for the future. I loved all the Project Natal stuff, full of possibilities!

definitely be taking it easy.  Enjoy your me time and with any luck for the first couple of months your wee babeh will spend a lot of time asleep giving you a bit of time for gaming.

As for your waist line don't worry about it.  My wife looked positively glowing when she was preggers and a lot of women do.  I think it's a very good look.

I hope all is going well for you in Norway and if it's any consolation it's done nothing but piss down with rain where I am for the last 4 days.
