Tribute to Colin McRae

Colin McRae is feared dead as his helicopter has crashed near his home in Lanarkshire. There were 4 people on the helicopter and the crash left no survivors.

Colin McRae was a great rally driver, the first British driver to win the WRC drivers title in 1995.

His name was used on Rally video games He says on his website "I’m not really a fan of computers. Yes, I can play ‘DIRT’ on my X-Box 360 and I can just about access the Internet, but as for the rest of it, much of it is a complete mystery to me."  His website also contains this biography detailing his driving accomplishments.

Our thoughts are with the family and friends of those killed in this tragic accident.

Patience is something I taught myself, so I never know when it's going to run out?

sorry.. apologies if I offended anyone including the McRae family in this time of loss, but I couldn't resist...

Colin was a great racer and a great abassador to the sport of rallying, he will be sorely missed by all fans of motorsport and his gaming series..
