When will we get more information about Burnout Paradise?

We expect that more information about Burnout Paradise will be revealed on this year’s E3 Media & Business Summit in Santa Monica. Around 4000 people are expected to attend to this year’s invitation-only event. This is a major downscale to last year’s 60000 people or 70000 in 2005. The event will be held on July 11-13, 2007. There has been no new information concerning the release date of Burnout Paradise. At this point all dates are pure speculations.

We have now gotten a Burnout FAQ here at BurnoutAholics.com. Currently it mostly contains Questions and Answers related to Burnout Revenge but information for the other Burnout games will be added as needed. Most of the questions in the faq are commonly encountered on the Burnout Revenge forums on Xbox.com.

BurnoutAholics.com is proud to present the first article in the series about the classic Burnout games. The first article covers the Original Burnout that was released in 2001. We have gotten some interesting information about the game including the original game feature lists and the differences between the PS2 version and the XBOX version. Burnout Paradise has been announced!

The latest in the best-selling Burnout racing series has been announced, after publisher EA revealed it would be out this winter for PS3 and Xbox 360.

Burnout Paradise will enable players, says publisher EA, "to take their dangerous driving experience to a whole new level".

The firm claims that next generation technology has given them an opportunity to offer an unprecedented level of crash detail allowing gamers to, "experience the most explosive pile-ups in the series' history".

“We have been working towards Burnout Paradise for quite some time. Next generation consoles have opened up a raft of new gameplay opportunities and the Criterion team has leaped at the chance to innovate and raise the bar to an all-new high,” said Pete Hawley, Executive Producer for Burnout Paradise. “There are going to be some big surprises and a lot of new features but the core of the game is still pure Burnout. Instant accessibility will be reinforced by innovative on-line capabilities which will see Burnout Paradise smash racing conventions.’’
