The beans were spilled and the PC version of Paradise has RESTARTS!!!

This is a funny short podcast... so go check it out!!

Criterion Games Forums are Closed

I wasn't aware of the posting going on over there today. But, now I am home I have had a look over at some of the other forums and would like to repost a few quotes.

It looks like this was one of the last posts from Alex (presumably it is from Alex anyway, the quoter doesn't specifically say)

"OK. It seems there are several members of the "community" who seem to enjoy messing things up for others rather than just enjoying the game.

Twitteriffic Star Wars Fun

Twitter is good fun, it makes finding vid's on the internet fun too.. not something I take anytime doing myself but as I have had time for twitter and following others I have found some stuff that has made me  I will get my twitter added on my profile here soon.. probably get around to it tomorrow.

Anyway to purpose of this blog is to share an Acapella tribute to John Williams. Enjoy!

But this is the most exciting thing about Xtival '08 for me:

Happy Thanksgiving to our American Friends!

I have to post this link cos it made me smile!

Thanksgiving Parade

"Never gonna give you up" was the last 7" pop single I ever bought, I was 13 years old and I went on to smash it into millions of pieces not that long after I bought it, I was in a musical transition from Pop to Metal!

I still have a soft place for Rick tho, and he looks like he is a happy bunny in the linky, which is a good thing.

NXE: Celebrity Xbox Avatars

I know I haven't been overly positive about having Avatars on the 360, but some people have created some really cool (and some less cool) Avatars based on gaming characters and other celebs.

Check the out HERE!

I think I might try making some of my own... if I have any success I will share them with you!

Is racing in LA better then Paradise?

I have had my first proper session on Midnight Club: Los Angeles, not enough to know everything about the game, but enough to share my first impressions.

There are a few cool touches which make navigating the city and focusing on the race at hand really easy.

1) The Mini Map rotates.

2) The Mini Map is in the bottom left hand corner.

3) The Check Points have visual representations with arrows in them, so you can see what way to go without looking at the mini map.
