ILM: About This Blog

I'm going to be using this wonderful service provided BurnoutAholics.com to document progress on my latest project, the Burnout Paradise, Paradise City Interactive Locations Map ( www.senocular.com/burnout/ ).

Most of the primary work is done. The map currently displays event locations, drive thrus, billboards, super jumps, smashes, as well as a number of other things. But there's always room for more, especially in the world of Paradise City.

Completed the offline,(101%) And my Tourettes has taken a real turn for the worst in the last few weeks, But I’m pleased to say I’m getting into a groove in the game now, Onlines going well at the moment,

With friends or randoms, (most of whom test my patience to the ******* limit( meaning ramdoms of course. ),

The never ending addiction

Burnout Paradise just has something amazing about it, you can play for hours and hours at a time. Never in my gaming experience have I ever wanted to drive up and down the same road to beat my friends time, this just astounds me that criterion could make it so much fun. Racing online is also incredibly fun, especially when you take down someone and just past the finish line first.

Anyone effected by the Earthquake in the UK.

I know I was playing with Kev and PiNps last night and they heard and felt some stuff last night, then a few minutes later lost connection.

Darn another thing to add to disconnects, as well as Live still trying to get better, and Paradise Servers Kicking us out, COD4 and no host migration. The dropouts in Rainbow 6, the list can go on.

When will we have a national/world standard for internet connections, everyone has the same speed to play games, host them and use the net at the same time, then a bigger package for the downloader giants.

Too PC or just too much Xbox?

Last night I was accused of not being able to take Trash Talking by an American lad who joined our Paradise race room.

I don't think that I can't take it... I just prefer trash talkers to have a bit of imagination!

There are 3 words that are taboo for me, and they are words that I have come accross more frequently recently when playing online and in forums. I do file complaints when gamers are offensive, so maybe I am too PC?

I Should Speak Up?

Well yeah I gotta say that Motorcycles are not doing it for me at the minute - me and many others I know - my last couple of Bike blogs have been shit because I have lost interest in them big time although I ride daily and I am still paying attention to the world in general on my routes - make sense?  I seem to be swearing a lot when I post stuff these days too.  Lost a Friend Yesterday riding through New Zealand on his bike.  Hit by a car and yeah dead.  Old Skool he was... friend of my Boss too - pain in the arse to deal with but probably went the way he would have liked?
