I'm not sure how many people have experienced this, but I know I am not the only one.  There is a glitch in the online race, or an abnormality where there can be a Phantom Racer.  He will start the race before everyone and then dissapear, you assume he is disqualified because his gamertag is now a darkened black color.

Is 600 MS points alot for four cars?Not really depending on how much you will use them, that is about $8.00 for all, or you can purchase them seperately.I will buy them just to see what kind of stupid stunts you can do with them. 8 bucks, not bad.

I started following Criterion Games on Twitter recently. I have not been on Twitter all that long myself, but it is a great way to quickly keep in touch with friends all around the world..

anyway, back to CG on Twitter... this morning CG's front page news was all about how they now have Twitter accounts. You can sign up to Twitter and follow Criterion Games, Matt Webster, Pete Lake and Craig Sullivan. Since this was announced on the Criterion Games website their followers have gone up to 500+ and lots of names from the forums have now joined Twitter.

 Congratulations to vettefan88 for a new flatspin record, a whopping 3138! He even caught it on camera!

The new car dynamics seem to be working well, with alot of people getting 6x barrell rolls as well.

Okay...for those that don't know, I've not been able to get the in-game news articles on my PC since I bought the game. Today, I finally got an answer from CG that it's "somewhere in your security settings, and we're closing this as resolved/fixed"...

WTH?!?! Thanks for the help, guys! *rolls eyes*

I think they may have teased some peeps too much with the car packs and the island, because ive noticed less and less players on the section on the news that says "in the last 24hrs" if they're trying to use some marketing techniques and spreading out the release of the packs by time periods, it may not be working. i myself will buy the DLC's when they come out, but i would rather have them now. being all excited about the new stuff, has really took the edge off the fun with what content we have  just give it to us already!!!!!!!!! its killing me!!!
